We speak to globetrotting bartenders Joel Poon (@joelpjy_) and Karen Yuen, who've worked behind the stick in Singapore, Australia, and Dubai, before the global pandemic brought them home to Malaysia in 2020 to work on Reka:Bar — a new, post-modern flavour lab that opened its doors in Kuala Lumpur late November 2021.
